Riffs like the Meguroni, a genever Negroni, sit next to a mortadella katsu sando (thick slices of bologna between milk bread) that's the one thing on the food menu worth ordering hungry. It's an easy walk-in on a weeknight, but the bar runs three people deep once the weekend crowd shows up.
