A West Village storefront recreates a train dining car from the golden age of travel, with curved ceilings and dim lighting standing in for a sleeper cabin. The bar serves European small plates (a Hungarian sausage over sweet kraut, chicken tarragon stewed with broccoli and white wine) next to cocktails like the Nagelmackers, a rum, port and rye mix splashed with absinthe. Save room for the Turkish coffee creme brulee, and expect a fee if you sit down without ordering anything.
