Behind a velvet curtain at this West Village supper club sits the Red Room, a ten-seat hideaway for private tastings and burlesque sets; up front, a nine-seat bar anchors the green-and-gold Emerald Room. Restaurateur Baris Koroglu, who previously co-founded The Lullaby and Aquarelle, built the kitchen around Mediterranean and Turkish dishes — scallop crudo, pastrami croquettes, a lemon spaghetti finished with caviar. Live jazz runs through dinner on weekend nights, tables held until 2am.
