A married couple, Lawrence and Stephanie Bondulich, converted a former dry cleaner's on West 75th Street into this cocktail bar in 2018, lining an L-shaped counter with plush velvet seats. The menu runs to global small plates: oysters, meatball crostini, steamed pork dumplings alongside seasonal cocktails like a tequila-and-passion-fruit Horny Owl. A community table sits opposite a smaller nook for anyone after something quieter. Resy takes a limited number of reservations, but walk-ins are the more usual way in.
