Tiki Chick

Part of the Pickle Hospitality group, this Amsterdam Avenue bar tucks its tropical theme into a covered, climate-controlled patio out back. The kitchen's menu of sandwiches includes a fried chicken version topped with shaved spam and grilled pineapple, built around a house-baked pineapple upside-down cake. Cocktails range from frozen mai tais to large-format punches meant for sharing. It's walk-in only: reservations are held for private tiki-package parties.
