Reaching Saint Tuesday means turning off the hotel lobby into Cortlandt Alley, finding a metal staircase, and ringing a bell at the bottom. What opens up is a concrete-and-marble basement warmed by candlelight, round marble tables on one side and black leather banquettes on the other. Live jazz starts most nights around 10:30 and runs until about 1am. Straight classics share the drink list with the bar's own inventions.
