The team behind Pebble Bar and Ray's opened this subterranean room on Bond Street with a black marble bar and velvet booths that lean into a 90s-minimalist look. There's a pool table, though it gets used more for photos than actual games. Bar snacks come from the Wildair team, including a crab dip and a jamon sandwich stuffed with Basque cheese. Head bartender Trevor Langer works ingredients like shiso and sesame into the cocktail list, including a scotch old fashioned finished with a banana bread note. The room stays loud and dark, walled with photos of old-school hip-hop artists, and in 2024 the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation named it one of the best bars to open that year on the East Coast.
