A single seasonal ingredient drives the whole cocktail list at Golden Ratio, turning parsnips, foraged pine needles or garden herbs into house-made distillates instead of pouring from a standard back bar. The room reads gallery-plain: bare beige walls, secondhand furniture, low amber light. Food tops out at a few shared bites, like a coarsely cut steak tartare, rather than a full dinner. Most nights are walk-in, with a handful of tables held on Resy, and every cocktail has a non-alcoholic version made the same way.
