Big windows look out over Flatbush Avenue at this bar on the line between Park Slope and Prospect Heights, past a marble bar, a gilded tin ceiling and portraits of strangers in gold frames. Bartender and co-owner Bruno Dias builds cocktails around ingredients that don't usually show up in a glass: green bell pepper, barbecue bitters, yogurt. The room fills with couches and high-top tables rather than the usual rows of bar stools, and a short menu of small plates rounds out the drinks list. It's busy enough on weekend nights that flagging down a server can take a minute.
