Half dive bar, half fancy bar is how this South Slope spot describes itself, furnished accordingly: red plush seating, chandeliers, vintage wallpaper and a checkerboard floor, with pinball machines and movies projected on the wall to keep it from feeling too precious. Eight regional beers rotate on draft alongside classic cocktails like negronis and daiquiris. A stage in back hosts comedy, live music, film screenings and play readings, backed by a Kolache menu and an outside taco truck for food.
