Kenta and Sarah Goto opened this Park Slope room in January 2020 as the sister bar to their original Bar Goto on the Lower East Side. Hand-painted Japanese garden wallpaper and dark wood shelves fill the 16-seat room. Cocktails lean into Japanese pantry staples, a Sakura Martini made with sake, gin and cherry blossom, or a Melon Ball built on Calpico and honeydew. Snacks include spicy miso wings and three kinds of korokke, from a classic potato croquette to one filled with curry rice; it's walk-ins only, first come, first served.
