A bougainvillea arch marks the entrance to this Crown Heights bar. Husband-and-wife owners Nina and Danny de Zayas spent two years building the room around a collection of more than 4,500 vintage jazz LPs from the 1950s and '60s hard-bop era. Nina, a Moscow-born artist, designed the interior, hanging paintings of jazz legends beside a custom sound system built on Harbeth speakers. Cocktails run on shochu, sake, and Japanese whiskey brightened with pandan, shiso, and Thai basil, served alongside small plates.
