Arabica

Kenneth Shoji opened the first % Arabica in Hong Kong in 2013, then built the brand's flagship and headquarters in Kyoto's Higashiyama district the following year. The Midtown cafe sits opposite MoMA, dug about a meter below the sidewalk, with a ten-meter wooden counter that the architecture firm Selgascano built to wrap around the room's uneven walls.
