Lady Blue

HK Hospitality, which also runs Mom's Kitchen & Bar and Dolly Varden nearby, opened this lounge on Restaurant Row in 2022. It replaced the old House of Brews and took its name from a character in the play Torch Song Trilogy. The room leans into 1970s glamour with velvet seating and low light, built for the crowd heading to an 8pm curtain. Small plates built for sharing include truffle polenta croquettes, halloumi fries and oysters Rockefeller, and the signature cocktail arrives with a lavender cigarette garnish lit at the table.
