Inside the William hotel at 24 East 39th Street, this outpost of the cocktail bar opened in 2014, five years after the original debuted in Chelsea as a nightly cocktail party built around a Victorian-apartment look. Couches and armchairs fill a dimly lit lounge, and a low-key patio out back is strung with hanging vines and patio furniture. The bar keeps a reputation for excellent cocktails, mixing classics with its own creations. Reservations run through Resy for anyone who wants to guarantee a seat.
