Pocket Bar 57

The team behind Hell's Kitchen's Pocket Bar opened this third outpost in the former Don Cafe space on West 57th Street, keeping the wine-and-beer-bar footprint that made the original a neighborhood fixture since 2014. At around 35 seats, it's built for conversation rather than crowds, quiet enough to hear the person across the table. Doors open mid-afternoon and the bar runs into the night, with beer, wine and liquor rather than a full kitchen behind it.
