Inside the Edison Hotel just off Times Square, this piano bar dates to the 1970s and was overhauled in 2009 by the team behind Tribeca's Ward III, adding rum-forward cocktails without touching the red banquettes, dark wood and mirrors. Live piano and jazz play every night, and reservations only apply Wednesday through Saturday -- the rest of the week is walk-in only.
