The Highwater

Twenty-five floors above the Financial District, the rooftop at Hotel Indigo's Wall Street location opened in 2022 with five separate spaces: a glassed-in Victorian Parlour, an executive lounge, and an open-air patio among them. The signature smoked mai tai combines white rum, coconut, lime and cinnamon bark syrup under a float of dark rum, and the small-plates menu runs to oysters, seared tuna and wagyu beef sliders. The rooftop closes Sundays and Mondays for private events, and happy hour tables need to be booked ahead.
