On the second floor above Osamil, the Korean restaurant it's attached to, this speakeasy splits its room between a 12-seat bar and a library-like lounge with couches and armchairs. The cocktail program, led by Lion Seo, mixes Korean ingredients into both originals and twists on classics — a banana-milk drink spiked with soju, a version of a margarita built around cucumber. Osamil and Osamil Upstairs together won Best Cocktails of New York at the city's Cocktail Expo. Small bites come up from the restaurant kitchen downstairs.
