Chef Michelle Chan, previously of The Aviary and The Lambs Club, opened this Flatiron restaurant in 2024 with Elvis Rosario, formerly of Bathtub Gin, running the bar. The menu draws on Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico, and the dining room backs it up with tan leather and emerald banquettes, floral murals mixed with vintage Latin American ad campaigns, and greenery strung across the ceiling. A long corridor leads from the entrance past a photo booth to the main room. Carne asada and a tuna ceviche anchor a menu built for sharing, alongside empanadas and yuca papas.
