A converted townhouse on East 15th Street holds this two-level bar, its barn-wood paneling and exposed brick set under a brass ceiling below street level. Out back, a garden terrace looks more like a friend's summer house deck than a bar patio. The cocktail list runs to drinks like the Quilt, built on date-infused bourbon, sweet vermouth, apple cider, and cinnamon, and the Antidote, a mix of Bombay gin, Lillet, elderflower, and lemon.
