Oscar Wilde

Housed in a 1909 building that once served as Prohibition Enforcement Headquarters, Oscar Wilde occupies a cavernous room with stained glass, a marble fireplace and New York's longest bar, stretching 118.5 feet. Tommy Burke and Frank McCole, the pair behind Lillie's, opened it in 2017 and filled it with antique clocks all set to 1:50, the hour of the playwright's death. The kitchen runs dinner, brunch and late-night menus, plus afternoon tea on weekends. Weekends get busy enough that the crowd spills past the bar rail.
