The Tusk Bar

An Art Deco lobby at the Evelyn Hotel, a building dating to 1903, leads to Tusk, a glamorous room of plush seating and skylights built around a raw bar and classic cocktail list. Esquire named it one of the best bars in America in 2024. The kitchen turns out oysters, crudo and a burger alongside steak frites, and seating is mostly walk-in, with online reservations limited to groups of eight or more.
