A 19th-century townhouse near Madison Square Park holds three separate rooms under one roof, including a rooftop beer garden with picnic tables and its own bank of TVs. It runs 34 rotating draft lines from small and local breweries, and a cocktail list that mixes pre-Prohibition classics with newer drinks. Soccer is the house sport: every Premier League, Champions League and La Liga match gets shown somewhere in the building, alongside college games. Weekend brunch runs until 4, and outdoor seats on the roof aren't guaranteed even with a reservation.
