Pineapple Club

This tiki-leaning cocktail bar has occupied a greenhouse-style room on East 6th Street, between Avenues A and B, since spring 2020. Its list runs on rum and other colorful, tropical drinks, including an espresso martini that balances espresso against vodka. The kitchen serves American comfort food: a fried chicken sandwich with a corn flake crust, coleslaw, and a secret sauce, plus sandwiches and salads. The bi-level room opens onto a sidewalk patio that stays busy on weekends.
