Mother’s Ruin

TJ Lynch of the Breslin and Richard Knapp of Ma Peche opened this Nolita bar in 2011. It's been known since for its frozen cocktails. The kitchen's best-known dish is a French onion grilled cheese with a cult following, alongside a burger dressed with aged cheddar and Old Bay waffle fries. Brunch runs daily until 4 p.m., and with only a handful of tables and bar seats, the bar doesn't take reservations.
