This East Village bar is named for co-owner Jennifer Shorr's uncle, a fixture of San Francisco's gay liberation scene whose drag name was Lottie and whose arrival drew a shout of 'Hi Lottie'. It opened in December 2022 next door to sister bar Joyface. The room looks like a 1970s living room, with plaid carpets, a mirrored ceiling, fringed lamps and a winding leather couch, plus a padded back room called the Love Pit for private gatherings. A doorbell gets you in, and it runs as a walk-in bar rather than one built around reservations.
