A red neon heart marks the unassuming entrance on East 7th Street, and the bar itself sits down a narrow staircase in the basement below. The cocktail list runs ten house originals, among them the Satellite of Love and the Marquee Moon, and drinks go half-price during the 5-to-7pm happy hour. The room stays small and dim below street level. It keeps pouring until 4am most nights.
