Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy run this room in the old Milk & Honey space behind an unmarked door — ring the bell to get in, and bring ID. There's no printed list: describe what you're after and the bartender builds a cocktail around it. The bar doubled in size in December 2025, adding a second bar top and room for a few OpenTable reservations, though most nights are still first-come. It placed No. 37 on North America's 50 Best Bars in 2026.
