Since 2000, this Chelsea bar has packed its dining room with vintage gas pumps, retro signs and a row of Tiki girl lamps -- enough kitsch that Food Network once singled it out. The kitchen sticks to tater tots, chili and burgers, finished with a homemade moon pie, and the frozen margaritas are strong enough that regulars order them by name rather than description.
