Named for a rum cocktail invented at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in the early 1970s, this two-story Chelsea bar leans into the theme with taps shaped like golden peacocks and a food menu built around bright, colorful snacks like dumplings and lotus chips. Each floor has its own bar, with the upstairs room set up for larger groups with configurable tables and banquettes. Reservations run through Resy, though it's low-key enough to stand at the bar with a couple of friends instead.
