This DUMBO bar opened in 2023 inside a preserved shell, keeping the original concrete walls and adding a scalloped marble bar and wood banquettes designed with architect and co-owner Kevin Cimini. Beverage director Robert Struthers previously worked at Dutch Kills and Nitecap. He built a cocktail list around classic templates and unusual ingredients, including a martini called Shuck Around & Find Out. The kitchen serves shareable plates like burrata and a chicken liver mousse, and weekend brunch runs from 11 to 3 before the bar menu takes over.
