Bar Rêve

Alexander Buchholz and Victor Triebel built this Smith Street bar around Belle Époque Paris, with a book-bound cocktail list named for Impressionist paintings. One drink, the Blue Night, borrows its name from Van Gogh's 'Starry Night Over the Rhône' despite tasting like a straightforward Manhattan. Snacks run French: beignets, frites, and a cheese plate, and the room takes reservations through Resy.
