Patrick Watson and Michele Pravda, who also own Smith & Vine, opened this Gowanus beer bar with neighborhood regular Dhruv Mohindra, who bought the building years earlier. A hand-painted mural inside traces the underground streams the bar is named for. Twelve rotating draft lines lean toward New York and East Coast breweries, backed by a full bar that includes beer cocktails like a shandy and a Miller High Life-and-Aperol spaghett. The backyard holds oversized picnic tables, beer buckets and a projector for game nights, and the kitchen's two hot dogs include a pimento-cheese-topped Gowanus Glizzy.
