Elsa

Elsa moved from the East Village to Atlantic Avenue in Cobble Hill, and the room is built for two: a small bar up front and mostly two-top tables meant for a date. The drink menu runs long, and the salted watermelon frozé is the one to order when it's warm out. Food is minimal, since Elsa shares its kitchen with sister bar Ramona in Greenpoint, under the same ownership. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 7pm and all day Sunday, when the bar opens at 3pm instead of 5.
