From the owners of nearby Brooklyn Social, this Cobble Hill saloon plays up an old-timey feel with ragtime on the speakers and a deliberately rickety bar. The kitchen outperforms the drink list: milk-braised turkey on rye and oyster platters draw more attention than the cocktails, though the herbaceous Ether holds its own. Grass-fed burgers, marrow bones and steaks round out a menu built for sharing, with brunch added on Saturdays and Sundays. It's cash only, just off Atlantic Avenue on the line between Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights.
