Plans for this 31st Street food hall were announced in 2018, but a change of ownership, the pandemic, and supply-chain delays pushed the opening back for years, in a former warehouse where Astoria, the Kaufman Arts District, and Dutch Kills meet. Each vendor, from Arepa Lady's Colombian arepas to Sotto La Luna's Italian menu, gets its own storefront entrance onto the sidewalk rather than sharing a food-court layout, more strip mall than cafeteria. The building keeps its industrial bones: exposed pipes, poured concrete floors, and big front windows that let in natural light.
