Astoria's OffCity opened in 2025 with a vintage-inspired room built around a tapas menu and a rotating lineup of DJs and live jazz. Cocktails come built around seasonal ingredients, meant to be paired with shareable plates rather than a full sit-down meal. Reservations run through OpenTable, though the room fills mostly for the jazz nights and dancing.
