The Bedford

Wood paneling through the main room, a softly lit bar, and a back section called the Barback with deep leather booths fill this bar, built inside a former garage on Bedford Avenue. The kitchen fries its fish and chips in a pilsner batter and finishes fries with Old Bay, alongside a burger, seasonally sourced oysters and a tomato soup served with grilled-cheese wedges. It opens as early as 11am on weekends and runs until midnight most nights. A tiramisu closes out the menu, sized for one rather than split between two.
