Andrew Carmellini's NoHo Hospitality Group runs Westlight on the 22nd floor of the William Vale in Williamsburg, high enough that the elevator vestibule alone has a view. Both an indoor room and an outdoor deck open onto nearly 360 degrees of Queens, the East River, and the Manhattan skyline. The kitchen sends out small plates built around global street food, paired with a list of original and classic cocktails plus a run of rare spirits, wine, and craft beer. Reservations aren't required but are recommended, especially for a seat at one of the outdoor tables.
