Below Xolo, where the Williamsburg Bridge meets the East River, this subterranean room runs its own dance floor under a ceiling built from 2,000 milagro charms arranged into the bar's name. The bar downstairs mirrors the one upstairs, pouring tequila and mezcal into palomas, negroni riffs and a pineapple-mezcal margarita. Guac, chicharrones and quesadillas cover the food side. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 8pm, when the first drink comes with a free taco.
