Inspired by the aperitif bars of Spain and Northern Italy, this Greenpoint spot centers its list on vermouth (Cocchi, Mulassano, P. Quiles) in a room of stucco walls, brass fixtures and leather booths. Small plates of Marcona almonds, oysters and croquettes share the menu with a burger and an appletini that actually tastes like apples. Reservations run through Resy.
