A horseshoe-bar front room and the Frost Room behind it split this corner tavern at Lorimer and Frost Streets, opened by Michael Kraweic in February 2019. The Frost Room was once a dance hall and is now lit by two large skylights, with deep blue banquettes and a tin ceiling. The kitchen turns out gastropub plates like dry-aged burgers on brioche and perogies stuffed with chestnut and sage over a butternut squash puree, alongside a rotating list of house cocktails. The tavern still books out the Frost Room for private parties years after opening, including a New Year's Eve open bar.
