At the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, Deux Chats fills a vaulted room with distressed mirrors and an Art Nouveau tile mural behind the bar — a nod to Paris's Le Clown Bar, with two cats set against the Williamsburg Savings Bank and the skyline. The kitchen leans into seafood: chilled sardines, a salmon crudo sliced thick enough to pass for filets, and a full plateau for two. The martini list includes a celery-brine dirty martini made with sherry and vermouth. Walk-ins are welcome, but weekend tables go through Resy.
