Terrazzo tile and wood accents, meant to recall the owner's childhood in central Pennsylvania, run through this Driggs Avenue whiskey bar, where nearly 500 bottles shimmer on a backlit wall. The kitchen builds a menu around pairings: sashimi-grade tartare, house-cured meats, a beet-and-burrata salad, and French onion dip, finished with a whiskey ice cream sandwich. It opened in Williamsburg in July 2025.
