A former print shop on Myrtle Avenue holds L'imprimerie, and the original press is still visible in the window, a leftover from the 60 years the space spent as one before the bakery opened in 2015. Croissants (butter, chocolate-almond, ham and cheese) come out in small batches through the day alongside baguettes, sourdough, canneles and a gochujang-spiced laminated roll, plus quiche, cookies and cake. Espresso, drip coffee and lattes round out the counter, along with cacovu, a cold brew made from roasted cacao instead of coffee beans. A back patio holds extra seating, and the croissants dry out by the 7pm close.
