Griddle Cafe has served oversized breakfast plates on Sunset Boulevard since 1999, and weekend lines stretch long before the pancakes: towers piled with whipped cream, crushed cookies, caramel, and icing. Simpler orders include a thick-cut French toast and a plain scrambled-egg plate. A bottomless mimosa deal runs with a 90-minute limit.
