Its 180-degree views stretch across the harbor's boat slips, and the seafood-leaning kitchen serves dinner Thursday through Sunday, lunch Thursday and Friday, and brunch on the weekend. Visitors come as much to watch yachts drift past at sunset as for the food itself.
