A Sunset Plaza storefront in West Hollywood runs modern California dishes with European touches under the name The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker, alongside its own baked goods and a line of colorburst lattes layered in visible bands of color. A regular order is the croissant breakfast sandwich, its fillings swapped between egg, spinach, gruyere, avocado, arugula and a tomato jam, built on a base of chicken sausage.
