Monte Carlo Bar

Ten seats, a pool table and two TVs make up the whole place, a room on 3rd Street about the size of a large living room. It isn't built for a group. The jukebox gets sung along to, the drinks are cheap and it's cash only, which is roughly how the bar has run for decades in Koreatown.
